Quick instructions
- To send an email to the whole eMinerals team, simply send email to team@eminerals.org. However, this is a protected list, so you need to ensure that it contains your usual "reply to" address.
- To access the eMinerals portal, simply point your browser to http://www.eminerals.dl.ac.uk:8080/dataportal/. You will have needed to send your certificate to the MyProxy server, with information given when you connect to the portal entry point.
- To access the eMinerals metadata editor, point your browser at https://eminerals.dl.ac.uk:8443/datainsertion/login.html. Again, you will need to have sent your certificate to the MyProxy server.
- To access the MySRB web interface to the SRB, point your browser to http://www.eminerals.dl.ac.uk/. You will need to have been provided with a username/password by Rik.
- Instructions for access to the Data portal, metadata editor and SRB, including sending your certificate to the MyProxy server, can be obtained from here.
- A guide to getting started with certificates can be obtained from http://tiber.dl.ac.uk:8080/guide/certificates/cert.htm.
- Using the myProxy upload tool: http://tiber.dl.ac.uk:8080/myproxy/Help_tiber.html.
